Elections will be held at the spring meeting. A nominating committee
consisting of Chapter officers will present a slate of officers for
the four offices named in Article IV. Nominations may also be made from the floor. Officers
elected will take office in May, serving through the Regional Auditions
two (2) years hence. A quorum will consist of one-third of the active
membership. At any regular meeting, each member in good standing shall be
entitled to vote upon any motion or question properly brought before the
Chapter either in person, or by written proxy. |
